The service department service writers always talk straight car talk, offer effective repairs (for my 2002 SVT Focus) and comprehensive preventative maintenance. The prices are very competative with other delarships. It's the quality of the sales and service at Landmark which separates them from the pack and keeps me coming back for more. More
I drove to Landmark Service without having an appointment after experiencing unusual - apparently electrical charging system - problems with our 2011 Fusion Hybrid. MIke Walker and his Red Team are providing excellent service to two Ford vehicles. This time I had heard a noise on my Ford F250 truck. Mike listened, took notes and next day he and his team had diagnos service to two Ford vehicles. This time I had heard a noise on my Ford F250 truck. Mike listened, took notes and next day he and his team had diagnosed the problem, a failing catalytic converter. The repair was done in a timely manner and with very good workmanship and quality. Mike kept me informed about the progress and called immediately when my truck was ready to be picked up. I was on my way to work and the tire light went on. Never having this happen before I didn't know what it meant. A Landmark employee drove me to work. 4 hours later I got a call that the car was ready and asked it I wanted it washed before picking it up. When I got there my shiny car was waiting for me and the cost of service was ZERO. It turns out my tires were low and the cold also caused the pressure to change in my tires. They brought the tires up to the correct amount. They could have charged me for labor but didn't. WOW. Who does that today? LANDMARK FORD. A great experience. More
The service team got me "on the lube rack" almost immediately when I arrived at my appointment time. I waited for the service team to do their job, and visited the folks at the retail parts co almost immediately when I arrived at my appointment time. I waited for the service team to do their job, and visited the folks at the retail parts counter where I had a few questions, answered promptly and very informatively and accurately. All my curiosities and wishes were thoughtfully and effectively (& equitably) addressed. Everyone there treated me as if I were the only customer in the place (although there were a couple of dozen others, being treated just the same). I have done business with Landmark Ford for at least a couple of decades by now, and can not think of a any other dealership that has consistently treated me with the same respect, honesty and genuine care that has come my way from Landmark Ford. Landmark Ford is quite simply a place where I can buy anything from from a new (or used) vehicle, or service & repairs, or parts and get a fair and honest deal in the process...over & over for years & years. More
Jared was very cordial and listened to my concerns for bringing in our vehicle. He had a mechanic do a drive with me to diagnosis the issue I brought the vehicle in for. Upon our return, he listened to the facts and stated that he would get all taken care of. He did that and more. Since our Sync had to be updated we needed our phone repaired to the vehicle. He took the extra time to do it and make sure all was working to our satisfaction before we left. The vehicle was washed and ready for my pick up in the amount of time which I was quoted. Would highly recommend Jared and Landmark Ford to all my friends. More
Every service experience since I purchased my first vehicle there in August 2007 has been excellent. From the people to the service itself there is none better. I could drive 9 miles for service but choose to drive 51 miles because of the high quality of the people and service at Landmark. More
