Upselling Abound!! I took my truck into Landmark Service center. After leaving it there for 5 days and not hearing a word from the service staff, I called and found out I took my truck into Landmark Service center. After leaving it there for 5 days and not hearing a word from the service staff, I called and found out they hadn't started on the truck yet. They wanted $700 for the fix so I said no. Took the truck to another shop across town and they wanted $100 to fix the same problem. Beware. More

Rude, Incompetent Service Advisor I asked for him to specifically address an air flow concern, of which he initially did not. Then he made light of it, like I was a stupid girl, that I I asked for him to specifically address an air flow concern, of which he initially did not. Then he made light of it, like I was a stupid girl, that I had left a couple vents 1/2 closed. He didn't know where the cabin filter was, but pretended to look for it for about 7 seconds, after I asked him if it was checked like I had asked him to. (This was 2 hours after my service appt.) Then he told me it didn't have one. Once my husband located it for him, he took it out and tried to tell me there was nothing wrong with it, despite it being black and not being changed for 40K miles, because nothing was "stuck" in it. After we got tired of the BS and the waiting for him to round up a filter for almost 45 minutes. I was supposed to be thankful they weren't going to charge me. When I specifically asked to make sure it was covered under my service plan. We were the bad guys for losing our tempers. Even though, he never once apologized for the inconvenience, poor service or the lies. More

Service and Manufacturer Review I was totally satisfied with Service. I have always had a good experience with the Service Department. My problems have been with the product itself I was totally satisfied with Service. I have always had a good experience with the Service Department. My problems have been with the product itself that I purchased four years ago and its automated manual transmission whose name I have previously described as an oxymoron if not a contradiction. I have been dissatisfied with the manufacture's tardiness in responding to the problems that this type of transmission has caused. None of my negative remarks or complaints should ever be applied to the competency of Mike Walker or his team. They had an inferior product to attempt to service and in my judgment their hands were tied by the manufacturer's refusal to admit the problem and allow an adequate remedy. More
