Steve Moralez (Gold Team) is always responsive to my questions and returns my calls in a very timely fashion. Especially impressive, considering the current state of the market, is the fact that they do not nickel and dime you for every little thing. I cannot remember a time where they did not cut me a break or extend significant discounts when utilizing their service department. One of my favorite things about Landmark's Service is that they stay open until midnight; after getting off work and then waiting for traffic to settle down, it's very convenient to pick up my vehicle after hours. These and many more, are reasons that I will continue to use Landmark Ford as well as recommend them to friends. Thank you Steve and Landmark Ford! More

Getting quality repairs and services is more cost effective to me than having to re-do what someone not as well trained and paying twice. More
Exemplary Service and Very High Quality of Work My 2011 F150 was done on time, on one of the worse snow days we have had in the Portland area in the past 30 years. 12" accumulation overnight while My 2011 F150 was done on time, on one of the worse snow days we have had in the Portland area in the past 30 years. 12" accumulation overnight while my rig was there. The dealer was closed the following day and who would expect otherwise. My own company that I work for is a very service oriented company and we were also closed out of consideration for our employees and the practicality of the situation. The next day with massive snow on the ground, Landmark was open at 7:30AM when I called and when I showed up at 10:30AM to get my truck they had dug it out of their secure storage and sitting in the pickup area warming up and waiting to go home! My bill was not unsubstantial as it is a high mileage truck (200,000 mile service, water pump, brakes and some other stuff) but they gave me a senior discount which was approximately 6% by my reckoning. On a wild weather day, the staff there was happy and I think genuinely having a great time. I could see working there myself if I wasn't thinking about retirement in a couple of years! Since I had my 1993 Thunderbird I have brought my various Ford vehicles to Landmark. The money you pay for the service you receive and the quality of work is more than fair. I have owned five new Ford vehicles which have all been serviced at Landmark. All went (very high) miles with minimal trouble with two being passed down to family members who got many years of service out of them. I attribute the longevity of my vehicles in no small part to Landmark's superior service. You will see me rating some folks below with five stars. This is not BS folks, this is for real :-) Thanks Folks! More

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrreat in every way From service, to parts department, rental department, and sales , an exceptional dealership. Employees are extremely courteous and helpful . Having a From service, to parts department, rental department, and sales , an exceptional dealership. Employees are extremely courteous and helpful . Having a shuttle service that both takes you home, work, shopping, and then picks you up to get your vehicle is just a huge time saver. Have had the same service department since 2000, and keeps me buying Fords. Landmark also offers new car classes that help explain some of the new technology in the vehicles, what services are available, and answers questions one may have. Oh yeah, we just bought a 2016 F350. and a 2016 Edge. More

Worst Service writer I've ever dealt with Kyle McCullah - He was told directly - I don't get off work til 6:30PM. He called twice the first day - and didn't tell me anything, except call him. Kyle McCullah - He was told directly - I don't get off work til 6:30PM. He called twice the first day - and didn't tell me anything, except call him. The info was in the computer as "no sensor at this time". The cashier didn't put it there. NOBODY told me the sensor was on hand. Matter of fact - I was told it was on back order. I took my truck home the first night, so they have more incorrect info. NONE of this info was entered into the computer system - where another employee could update or inform the customer of what is going on. As a matter of fact, they also called my phone the next day. Shari Troyers message was no more informative than the previous ones he had sent. She stated that my truck was in the shop. In actuality, I had picked it up the night prior. She also stated that he said that he had left "LIKE 4" messages. Then, the 5th call on the 2nd day, he stated that a "MIX UP" had occurred and the TPMS had failed plus I had some leakage on the rear shocks. $200 to replace TPMS. So, my truck is showing a TPMS error - for the second time. Nobody has figured out WHY. There is not any reason for one sensor to fail and the others haven't. Then, he wants to charge me $300 for installing a set of shocks. Lastly, he said - AND I QUOTE "We could play phone tag, if that's the way I wanted to go". UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL, COCKY and IMMATURE. First, he estimated $110 to fix the TPMS. Then, the no info on phone messages. Third, the lack of customer notes from the technician or the service writer. Fourth, the absolute miscommunication internally at the dealership. Fifth, the suddenly we have the TPMS now and it'll cost $200. Sixth, the attempt to upsell me a set of shocks with install for $300. I can get a darned good set of shocks for $70 each and install them myself. Seventh, his sarcastic tone and unprofessional demeanor on the phone is not only unacceptable professionally - I take his mouthy and smartass tone as a personal disrespect. He alone has individually put a bad taste in my mouth towards Landmark. Eighth.... $200 to replace one TPMS and $513 to replace all 4??? where does that add up?? So, after meeting with Kyle Snapp, my truck TPMS was fixed/replaced. It was found to be the right front TPMS - NOT the right rear as previously stated. Upon further review of the Vehicle Report Card that was completed by the service tech (Robert Herzog), things are even more inconsistent and incongruent. It was noted this morning, that the basic scheduled maintenance items weren't checked off as being done. Then, I checked it further when I got home. Under Steering / Suspension, the shocks are checked off as being serviceable and okay at this time. They were marked GREEN (Checked and okay at this time). The Service Advisor (Kyle McCullah) tried to sell me a set of shocks for $300. He stated that there was some leakage, which should have been checked as YELLOW (May require future attention) if that was the case. Under TRANSMISSION / DRIVE AXLE, the clutch operation is marked as GREEN. I don't know how in the world he checked a clutch on my truck. It has an automatic transmission. More

Detail shop help was great! I called to schedule a detail for my car bc I had a mishap in the car and was having a hard time getting it clean. The man listened to the problem, an I called to schedule a detail for my car bc I had a mishap in the car and was having a hard time getting it clean. The man listened to the problem, and then let me know what my options were in terms of what the shop could do (not much, without dismantling the interior due to a large liquid spill through the carpet into the metal parts of the car) and some suggestions of what I could do, including caveats about making sure it got bone dry and and offer to put it into Fords car-dryer to make sure it was done completely. I appreciated his candor and his expertise. Would highly recommend. I have used this Ford service center before, and have no complaints, but this guy stood out. More
