Land Landmark Ford. We bought a 2010 Explorer and was extremely happy with the deal they offered us. We tried other dealers and got the runaround. Landmark gave us a price and we were out of there in about an hour. Everyone was very friendly. We would definately come back to Landmark to purchase again. Kay and Karl Wade More
I had a very bad experience at Damerow Ford and had cancelled the deal. I was no longer even going to buy a car, let alone a Ford, I had such a bad taste in my mouth. On a whim we went to Landmark j cancelled the deal. I was no longer even going to buy a car, let alone a Ford, I had such a bad taste in my mouth. On a whim we went to Landmark just to see, as a friend had mentioned she bought her Fusion there, and she seemed happy with her experience. I was met at the door by a very pleasant salesperson, Evelyn. She answered my questions without telling a single untruth as far as I could tell! She found me my perfect car, got me a perfect price, and explained everything to my satisfaction. I was astounded by Bob the sales managers comfortable way of explaining my options, and then respecting my choices. I am now a very content owner of a Fusion Hybrid, in my color, with my options. As it is my midlife crisis car, I required a lot of options. Hopefully after the novelty wears off, I won't have to drive it so much, as the object is to save gas, which it does very well, except for the fact that I'm driving much more than ordinarily neccesary:-) More
Low Stress, Great Service. Found the car we wanted at a reasonable price. No games, no pressure just great service. I am happy to recommend Landmark Ford, Ken Rhodes, and Jim Markey. Thanks Guys! Oka reasonable price. No games, no pressure just great service. I am happy to recommend Landmark Ford, Ken Rhodes, and Jim Markey. Thanks Guys! Okay, so the dealership was great, the 250 character requirement on this site sucks! More
This was our second vehicle purchase at landmark. The first was a new vehicle. This one was a used one. They gave us more than we expected on our trade in. Also we got the best deal anywhere for the car first was a new vehicle. This one was a used one. They gave us more than we expected on our trade in. Also we got the best deal anywhere for the car we bought. With adding a feature that was not from the factory. We couldn't have been happier with the out come. They worked around our schedule not there's. I read the two negative comments on this page and I can not believe they are talking about the same place. My family and friends have been working with landmark for over 6 years and no one has anything bad to say. They all recomend landmark to everyone they know, as do I. More

After looking online for days to find the perfect vehicle, I had found it at Landmark Ford. Online it showed the car had seat heaters, a moonroof, two keyless entry keys, premium sound system, etc. I vehicle, I had found it at Landmark Ford. Online it showed the car had seat heaters, a moonroof, two keyless entry keys, premium sound system, etc. I live in Southern Oregon so finding this car in Portland was already a trek for me to get there. I had my mom and family friend go test drive the car for me, and they said it didn't have seat heaters. I called Darcy again to make sure they were equipped with them. He promised me they did. He did call me later to let me know that they did NOT have seat heaters. I asked him if EVERYTHING ELSE on the online ad was true (since I was driving from Medford OR I didn't want to arrive and have something else be a lie) he said yes everything was. I drove down there with a friend and picked it up the next morning. While at the dealership I asked where the second set of keys was, Darcy said there never was a second set of keys, and I pulled up the online ad on my iPhone to show that it DID in fact say there were two keys. He said he would look for me. After driving off I noticed there was NO MOON ROOF?! And I also turned on the stereo and there was absolutely no premium sound. In fact, there was a blown speaker. I called Darcy back in a rage. He treated me with such disrespect that I was enthralled. He wouldn't even make me a new key! I didn't expect him to add the moonroof, but at least order me a new key?! But nothing. I asked if he was disrespecting me due to the fact that I was a young female, but of course he said no but still acted like a man with zero integrity. I took back the car the next morning and I did however deal with a sales manager. He was much nicer than Darcy was, but I still don't think I'll ever deal with them again. Later that day, I went to Beaverton Honda and purchased a car there - they are by far the nicest staff I've ever met. I recommened going there for any of your car needs. More
Salesman was great, believed me that I had stage 4 breast cancer, and tried to help me find the car/suv to meet my mobility needs. It became obvious the salesman was under extreme pressure from management to cancer, and tried to help me find the car/suv to meet my mobility needs. It became obvious the salesman was under extreme pressure from management to make a sale before 9pm. At 10+pm, at the beginning of deal negotiations with management, I wanted to go home because I didnt have my meds, was in pain and wanted to come back the next day to finish the deal. Suddenly my keys to my trade in vehicle disapeared (I guess the walls have ears) and I couldn't leave. We weren't offered a test drive; unbeknownst to me the car wouldn't start on the lot. Next morning we drove it around the block and called back to try to unwind the deal and get a new suv because, under the pressure to push the deal thru, neither my husband nor I got a test drive (dead battery) in that car before we bought it, and because it was uncorfatable, and wanted to exchange it for something that would meet my needs. They refused, the managers still not believing I had breast cancer, that I was just a drug addict. My huband was told by management "your wife's not credible", so don't have her call Landmark any more, We only want to deal with you" (sexist). After many more complaints, during a confrontation with the used car department, the manager was so angry he showed us that because we used the x-plan, Landmark only made 800.00 profit, so we only got "auction value" (21,000)on the trade in. The used car lot is now listing it for 30,600. We were also told by the owner, if we don't buy the extended warranty we wouldn't get roadside assistance, which we now know is not true, an that he wanted documentation of my condition. After 5 weeks of fighting, we gave up and decided to keep the 500, because the stress was causing my husband to miss work over it, and it was starting to affect my health. We've replaced the battery ourselves, because we won't deal with Landmark again. More
