I started my car search online. I started at Ford.com and searched through the different options before even going to a dealership. From the online website I was able to get a quote throuh email and started searched through the different options before even going to a dealership. From the online website I was able to get a quote throuh email and started communicating with that sales person over the phone that had given me the quote. I eventually went to the dealership to look at the different models and go for a test drive. The sales person was extremely upfront, gave great insights and answered every question I had! I also received quotes from other local Portland Ford Dealerships and Landmark had the lowest quotes even when all the dealerships were quoting the same VIN #'s. I recommend Landmark Ford, ask for Diane Pohl. You'll be taken care of. More

I have bought 2 new vehicles in the last three months from Diane in the Internet Dept at Landmark Ford. Diane helped me find the car I wanted and had all the paperwork ready to go. I spent no more than 1 hour in the dealership from test driving one day and signing paperwork a couple days later. For the other vehicle, I spent most of my day in the dealership with her trying to find the exact vehicle I wanted. She even helped to expedite the transaction so I could take advantage of incentives that were expiring that night. This was a very good experience. We came in with no experience buying a small SUV and Berry showed us everything we needed to see. After two days of comparison shopping with Subaru, Toyota, and Honda we returned to the Escape and Landmark Ford. Here we met Butch and he also was very considerate and took us on yet another test drive to compare the 4 versus the 6 cylinder versions. We really would have liked to buy a Hybrid but the price was insane so we settled on the first car we drove with Berry. I think we'll be fine with it. My only criticism of the whole day was the time it took AFTER we said we'd buy the car. It took forever to get the paper work through, the car serviced etc. Finally, after all that was completed the actual paperwork signing went quickly and smoothly. More

We went to the dealership on a Sunday for the express purpose of seeing how much room the Flex had. Tom Rayner was great through the entire process. While we didn't feel we were anywhere close to a purch purpose of seeing how much room the Flex had. Tom Rayner was great through the entire process. While we didn't feel we were anywhere close to a purchase decision and therefore didn't want to take up his time with a test drive, Tom was persuasive and my wife was subsequently very impressed with the Flex after initially being put off by its looks. Days later when we decided that we would buy the car, we were able to negotiate a satisfactory deal via e-mail. A visit to the dealership to put a deposit down got the build order started. The next visit was to contract and take delivery. This is not a "system house" where the lot lizard salesman works you hard and then turns you over to a "closer." No back and forth negotiating with "my manager." The entire process was pleasant and easy. Tom handled the entire process but for the actual contracting. I asked Tom for business cards so I could refer customers if the opportunity should arise. More

We kept Scott working overtime on a Sunday evening, but he was so patient even when we asked some very detailed questions. He never tried to skirt around the hard questions, and worked with us to find a happy medium on the price of our trade-in.
