It is not convenient to spend time in the dealership as I negotiate what I want, but Diane and her team were experience in car buying I've ever had! It is not convenient to spend time in the dealership as I negotiate what I want, but Diane and her team were right there every step of the way giving me all the information I needed. What was great for me is, I never spoke with Diane until it was time to close the deal! My entire transaction was completed on-line via e-mail. Lot's of photos, questions and answers on my time, when I could participate; it was great! The experience at the dealership was equally as good, I was in and out of finance within 45 minutes, my truck was ready, Diane went over all the workings of the truck and truly provided excellent customer service. I would recommend Landmark Ford hands down and if you're like me, the internet department is the way to go! Thanks Diane! More

I feel Les and the Business Manager Aaron Weeks handled our business very well. It was not their fault it took so long because of computer problems. My boyfriend stops by this dealership all of the time to check out the Mustangs. One year ago, I really wanted a new Ford Edge so we went to this dealership. My boyfriend, Kris, really liked CJ McNulty as check out the Mustangs. One year ago, I really wanted a new Ford Edge so we went to this dealership. My boyfriend, Kris, really liked CJ McNulty as he felt he was friendly, knowledgable and seemed trustworthy. Unfortunately, last year, I decided that I had to wait at least one more year. On March 13 or 14, I stopped by to let CJ McNulty know I was ready to 'start looking' and to let him know what I was interested in, what options, price range, color, etc. so he could 'keep his eyes open' for me. Lo and behold, there happened to be a used Ford Edge (2011 w/2874 mi) that had just come in. Because it was a color I had not seen before, I fell in love...and the fact that it was fully loaded. I told CJ I was going home (I live in Springfield), would call my bank and see if I could arrange financing. Unfortunately, my credit union felt that my debt to income ration was too high! CJ and I spoke a couple of days later and he arranged for me to meet with Jim Warner (CJ had personal business to tend to but still took time to make arrangements!). Landmark had not yet seen my car. On Sunday, Mar 18, I met with Jim. After some back and forth, we arrived at a price for my vehicle and Bob Lustbader was able to get me financed with a rate I was satisfied with (and therefore payment). A day later, Bob called me and said he found a better rate with my own credit union! 3.99%. We arranged for me to go back to sign paperwork and now I am the proud owner of a beautiful Mediterranean Blue, fully loaded, low low mileage 2011 Ford Edge...just what I wanted! Charlie was patient kind and had great follow up. We fell in love with Jered and the orange team on previous vehicles. We had Tom closing the deal and wa also very nice. Went in to look at an used F150, but received such a great deal on my trade in and price reduction on a new F150 that we drove away within 3 hours in our new "Chrome Raptor" (not really a Raptor, but... great deal on my trade in and price reduction on a new F150 that we drove away within 3 hours in our new "Chrome Raptor" (not really a Raptor, but...) Charlie (internet sales) and Robert (business manager) bent over backwards to seal the deal and we are very pleased. We've bought a lot of vehicles at many dealers--we highly recommend Landmark. More
