First I never take the time to write reviews but this car purchase experience warrants it. I arrived at Landmark around 9:30am and was introduced to CJ McNulty. I was there to look at an Edge they were running in the Oregonian newspaper. CJ quickly pulled up with the ad car, I test drove it, and we started the purchase process. Not one single time did CJ try and "up-sale" me because he recognized I was there to buy that specific car! I was through with finance and driving the car home by 11:30am! Great dealership and awesome Salesman- great work Mr. McNulty! More
I felt pressured to buy even though I told him from the beginning I was just looking and trying to get a sense of what I needed. We chose Landmark Ford to test drive a Fiesta and a Focus for the wife. We ended up doing a purchase for a 2012 F-150 Platinum Edition. CJ McNulty was totally awesome as a sales person and in the future when for the wife. We ended up doing a purchase for a 2012 F-150 Platinum Edition. We both felt as though there was no pressure to by and he was there for us. Diane Pohl was the internet contact person and she was very responsive to the inquiries we made. She contacted us the nest business day and presented us with some options. Tom Rayner was the other person we dealt with and we were also satisfied with his level of commitment getting us the truck we wanted. The finance person Dan Sorden worked very hard to get us the best rate and we were pleased with his level of expertise as well. Overall this was a positive experience and we will use Landmark Ford again in the future. More

I did the online homework researching vehicles. But a very reluctant test driver and buying negotiator. CJ put all my hesitations to rest immediately. He made the process easy and very enjoyable. We loved that Evelyne did not try to sell us a vehicle that had more than we wanted but instead focused on finding one that had what we wanted. She kept us informed of our vehicle's whereabouts--from its production and VIN assignment to its departure from the factory and arrival in Portland. On the day of delivery, she came early to finalize the sale and introduce us to our new car. After walk through with our car, she introduced us to the person who would "train" us in familiarizing ourselves with the car's features. Loved that we got cash back on the sale. More
Working with Landmark Ford and Diane Pohl was the best experience in car buying I've ever had! It is not convenient to spend time in the dealership as I negotiate what I want, but Diane and her team were experience in car buying I've ever had! It is not convenient to spend time in the dealership as I negotiate what I want, but Diane and her team were right there every step of the way giving me all the information I needed. What was great for me is, I never spoke with Diane until it was time to close the deal! My entire transaction was completed on-line via e-mail. Lot's of photos, questions and answers on my time, when I could participate; it was great! The experience at the dealership was equally as good, I was in and out of finance within 45 minutes, my truck was ready, Diane went over all the workings of the truck and truly provided excellent customer service. I would recommend Landmark Ford hands down and if you're like me, the internet department is the way to go! Thanks Diane! More
