I love the service department at Landmark Ford. I take both my 97 F250HD and my 04 Lincoln Town Car to Victor. I always have my vehicles returned clean and running perfectly. I just had the 60K service do both my 97 F250HD and my 04 Lincoln Town Car to Victor. I always have my vehicles returned clean and running perfectly. Ordered via Evelyne. We wanted specific features and options so our 2013 Escape had to be ordered. We got down to a time crunch and the vehicle was still being transported to the dealership. Although I decided not to buy the car there due to reasons not related to the dealership, I must say that I had extremely positive experience at the dealership and specifically with CJ. He is extremely patient, knowledgable and he explained details over two different meetings. The most important thing that impressed me was unlike other sales people I have met, he never once said that if you buy today, I will give you best deal. There was no pressure. He spent time with me, explaning things without any commitment from me. All answers seemed quite honest. If you are buying a Ford, I would certainly recommend that you talk to CJ. More

Got CJ McNulty on phone after web search. Made an appointment. He was thorough, prompt, polite, courteous, knowledgeable, informed and helpful. No B.S. negotiating. Impressed with the value in the car and the features. So impressed that when my car died in the parking lot where We were attending the new car orientation, that we bought another car. We bought a used Focus less than a month later.
