There were a couple of times that initially we weren't happy with the service. But, our concerns were resolved to our satisfaction without hassel. My husband and I are married 43 years now. When first married we had other vehicles, not Ford. My dad was a loyal Ford fan and always told us that eventually we would learn that you get the best "bang for your buck" so to speak with Ford. Our cars the last 30 years I'd estimate have been Fords to include Lincolns and Thunderbirds. :) More

We worked with Jim Warner to purchase our 2013 Flex. He assisted us with ordering the exact one we wanted at a very good price. When it arrived, it had 4 miles on it, and it was in perfect shape. We have been coming to Landmark Ford for servicing our vehicles since our first new Flex in 2011. The service department service writers always talk straight car talk, offer effective repairs (for my 2002 SVT Focus) and comprehensive preventative maintenance. The prices are very competative with other delarships. It's the quality of the sales and service at Landmark which separates them from the pack and keeps me coming back for more. More

We found the whole experience to be great. Rex got back to us immediately when we contacted him and provided us with all the information we needed for the purchase and more. The truck (F150 Limited) was r to us immediately when we contacted him and provided us with all the information we needed for the purchase and more.
