After a couple of e-mails exchanges to determine my needs, we set up an appointment to test drive an Escape and to evaluate my trade-in. On my arrival, the Escape was out front and Kari was right there to meet me and give me an overview of the car. Went for the test drive, had the trade-in checked out, sat down and went over the numbers and came to an agreement. Simple and the way it should be. No delays or upselling pressure and the entire process, from arrival to departure, took about three hours. As someone who looks forward to a visit to an auto dealer right up there with one to the dentist office, I have to say this was by far the best auto buying experience I've ever had. Kari Locke was friendly, efficient and professional and couldn't have been better to work with. Will certainly recommend her to friends and family. I had planned to buy a used car, but Charlie Wilson, the Internet Sales Manager, showed me how with the year-end deals on offer I could get a new car for just a little more than a used would have cost. I was impressed. We wound up trading in a car and buying new in just a few hours. We got a fair price for our used car and a fantastic deal on a new car. No pressure, everyone we dealt with was very friendly. When I think about buying a new car, this is the first place I visit. More

What that means to me is that at the end of the sale, I've done my job. I've done it right. But these people! Lead by this shiny boy named Chris Maynard. They have the nerve to give us an experience that we've never thought was possible in a car dealership. My wife and I felt like we were in one of those propaganda commercials for a corporate giant where everyone is a carefully selected cast member delivering the excitement of their product. These guys could run a dealership like I've never seen. Now my experiences in the past have always lived up to the expectations my father had set. I've bought many cars in my lifetime and my wife and I always prepared our game plans before going in. The immediate disarmament was suspicious. But they beat ME to the lower price! I cannot explain that last part! I don't know how! Totally blown away from an amazing experience. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE (Bob just barely made it) rocked. If I buy another car, it's going to be a Ford at Landmark, not because Ford has a great product (which they do) but because of THIS dealership. Thanks Chris, Kari, Aaron and (eh) Bob.
