Charlie not only made the buying process go smoothly, but gave me an introduction to the features of the vehicles and made sure my phone was paired with the car, and updated my Ford account so that I had access to all the vehicle information. Charlie stays up on all the technology and is happy to share his extensive knowledge. His tips will help me to maximize mileage in the new C-Max Energi and to employ all the features the car has. The service department is also great, it's the only place I ever took my 2013 C-Max, and the only place I'll be taking the new one for service. More

Patient, No Pressure and Excellent Experience Conan was very patient with my wife and I as we looked at every F150 on you lot and test drove several. Once we honed in on 2-3 vehicles, Conan and the Manager provided the cost on three different vehicles. We eventually selected the more expensive F150 of our three finalist. At the end of the first day, we had to leave to take care of our dogs. Again Conan was very patient and understanding with no pressure. We were back the following day to completer the paper work and take our new F150 home. We appreciated Conan's patients and no pressure approach. We will definately recommend friends to Landmark Ford. 2016 Ford Explorer Purchase I purchased a 2016 Explorer Sport and the experience was fantastic. Kari Locke was great, her service and customer interaction is top notch. I made I purchased a 2016 Explorer Sport and the experience was fantastic. Kari Locke was great, her service and customer interaction is top notch. I made contact with Kari via the internet for a particular Explorer XLT that I found online at their website. The response was immediate, she emailed back with the window sticker and the best price. When I eventually got back to Kari the following week the vehicle was no longer available. I made an appointment to see Kari on a Friday evening to look at an Explorer XLT. While we were walking the lot, we came across the Sport model that had just arrived as a dealer trade. It was the color and had the options I wanted and the price was good. Before I made the decision to purchase the Sport, Kari suggested doing an inventory search for an XLT with only the options, color etc. that I wanted or if none was found to give me the option to order an XLT. I ended up choosing the Sport model, the entire process from selection to drive away was fantastic. Kari sat with me in the vehicle at delivery and showed me how to use the navigation, she set up my phone and spent a great time showing me shortcuts for the voice activated commands. I could not have had a better sales representative. More
