Mike Nelson sold us the vehicle, he's bent over backwards for us, stayed late twice for us past dealership hours, as we were considering the Lincoln against foreign based competitors. I'm pretty sure he'd come over and mow our yard if I dare to ask :). Purchasing the Lincoln was fun too, when I jokingly asked for the band to play, the back office folks, over the dealership loudspeaker, played the marching band music. Good sense of humor, EZ going, just a class act top to bottom by Landmark. I also heard when we picked up the vehicle, not long before we arrived, the owner was washing our rig.......which tells me that they have passion and it starts from the top for sure. More
