Landmark Ford responded

I am sorry to hear you did not have a good experience with our service department and I apologize for the poor communications. For the repair you refer to you would also only have been charged the $100 warranty deductible, however, we could not find out the service contract company from where you purchased it for approval. We left messages but did not get an answer until after the holiday weekend. Without approval from the warranty company our communication should have been we would charge you and then try to recover the money for you from that company. We apologize for the delay caused by trying to obtain approval followed by the holiday weekend.
