I found the vehicle with the things that I was looking for and made a telephone call to set up an appointment to view it. We met with Scott Sprout and found the vehicle to be exactly as advertised fulfilling what we were looking for. Scott was professional, personal, courteous and informative. I never felt any pressure from him but just a desire to assist and support us in our decision. We purchased a 2017 F-150 and couldn't be happier. More
Willing to be patient and not pushy I have been looking for a Ford truck for 18 months, working off and on with Scott (was not in a hurry). I told Scott I did not want to be pushed and not in a hurry to purchase. Scott was respectful of that. Finally purchased new truck this week and traded in my old. I wanted the spray in liner, but did not have means to drop the truck off and get to work. Scott drove me to work and picked me up when my truck was done (very helpful). I also left a few personal items in my old truck when I traded it in and Scott was able to track the truck done and return the items to me. I would recommend Scott as he did not push for the sale, but still encouraged it in a way it was not a turn off, as other car salesmen can be. He was patient which is why I worked with him. The only thing I wish I had got with my new F150 was a hat (hah). More
I would HIGHLY recommend Landmark Ford. Second purchase there in 2 years. We'll just say that Landmark and I ended up on opposite sides of an issue regarding my first purchase, which left me Second purchase there in 2 years. Once the owner, Jim Corliss, became aware of the problem, Landmark would NOT let the issue go unresolved.....and continued to work exceptionally hard to ensure that I was satisfied, (SPECIAL kudos to the Service Department for their excellent work on a VERY frustrating issue.) Jeff Sleight was my salesman on both visits...and he is one STAND UP guy. He not only helped me make my purchases....he helped me with my decision making in a very professional, courteous, and FRIENDLY fashion. ON THIS visit, I ended up purchasing a Chrysler, even though I am a 'Ford' guy....not because it benefitted Landmark or Jeff more...but because that particular vehicle fit my needs the best. I WILL return to Landmark if/when it's time to make another vehicle purchase. More

Most importantly they listened to our needs and didn't push a single thing that wasn't in our best interest. They even listened to our boring story about why our trade in was so important to us. I've never bought a car from a dealership before today because I'd heard such horror stories. Perhaps this place is different. Could not have been a more cooperative event and positive experience. They volunteered to leave so my wife and I could discuss things in private. This was very much appreciated!! The finance guys were amazing too! Rod pretty much saved the day/deal. They did everything in their power to meet our budget with the vehicle our family really wanted. I was even presented with hand drawn graphs of my payment options to help me understand the differences. Thank you Landmark Ford! If the vehicle is as good as the service I'll be a customer for life. The staff was excellent The detail department did a very good job of cleaning my truck with the coupon for new car owners. They did a very good job getting the dog hairs and slobber off the passenger side door and dashboard, My seats were vacuumed of dog hairs also. They took the extra effort to deliver my truck to the service department when they were done cleaning it. The service department did a quick and good job of changing my oil, rotating my tires and completing the vehicle inspection. My truck is very clean and running fine on the way home. Thank you to everyone for their efforts. Also a thank you to the service department receptionist and others in the waiting room for being so friendly and helpful to me and my dog while we waited for my truck to be serviced. More
Why go anywhere else? I got in my car after work and the Tire low light was on. I didn't want to drive home 1/2 hour and then back the next morning so I popped in. Kyle to I got in my car after work and the Tire low light was on. I didn't want to drive home 1/2 hour and then back the next morning so I popped in. Kyle took my car in to check the tires immediately. Found out there were issues and some tires needed to be replaced. Luckily they were in stock. I also was ready for an oil change so I got "the works" at the same time. When it was time to check out the invoice was incorrect but everyone got on it and it was fixed. Wait time for the entire procedure was excellent and the waiting room is a great place to chill while waiting. More

Especially impressive, considering the current state of the market, is the fact that they do not nickel and dime you for every little thing. I cannot remember a time where they did not cut me a break or extend significant discounts when utilizing their service department. One of my favorite things about Landmark's Service is that they stay open until midnight; after getting off work and then waiting for traffic to settle down, it's very convenient to pick up my vehicle after hours. These and many more, are reasons that I will continue to use Landmark Ford as well as recommend them to friends. Thank you Steve and Landmark Ford! More
