We went through the entire process of finding the right F150 that I hoped to find, And purchase without having to eat a bunch of Rolaids… I’ve found that at landmark ford, and with Scott sprout, you can leave your Rolaids at home, there is no need for them. Scott shows respect along with excellent product knowledge as he allowed me, and helped me go through the entire process, with no pressure from anybody. Scott Sprout is a very good man, who uses wisdom, honesty, and good judgment throughout the process. Bob in the finance office, as well as the sales management team, at the end were very clear and effective with no pressure whatsoever. I will go back to Scott and Landmark Ford for any future needs. Super Experience My wife and I owned a 2011 Ford Fusion and loved the car. We have had it serviced at Landmark and have been very pleased with the service and the qual My wife and I owned a 2011 Ford Fusion and loved the car. We have had it serviced at Landmark and have been very pleased with the service and the quality of the people working with us. So this year we decided to lease a new car. We were introduced to Charlie Wilson to help us. From his first handshake to our last one, he provided us with the most excellent service and answers to our questions. He did not try to sell us up, but rather listened to what we wanted and what we did not want and found one care that met all our needs. We felt he was fair in dealing with us on our trade-in and on working around our schedules. On the day we came to pick up the car, he gave us all the time to get comfortable with the car and then provided an outstanding overview of all the technology in the car. We are both a little intimidated by all the options on the car, but Charlie took his time and slowly walked us through the key components. After we left, he emailed an answer to a question we had asked when we first arrived but did not get and answer to while we were there. He did this within the first hour without our having to ask. Best experience EVER! I recently looked in to leasing a Ford Escape. The first dealership I contacted was not at all interested in my business and said that they would cont I recently looked in to leasing a Ford Escape. The first dealership I contacted was not at all interested in my business and said that they would contact me at THREE DAYS LATER. I thought that was what this process would be like, pulling teeth to get good service. Later that same day I called Landmark Ford and . It was night and day difference in service! Jeff was very enthusiastic and did all the research for me. He had the perfect Escape picked out right when I showed up. There were no games. The most pleasant experience ever. This was my first time working on getting my own vehicle and I am going to tell everyone about Landmark Ford and Jeff Sleight!! More
