Color, options, right down to the color of the seats (little nervous on this one but he assured me it was gong to be ok) and it was, could not have been any better. Bill was out having surgery when our car arrived and he call us to let us know who was going to be working with us if that was ok. Before we arrived at Landmark Mr. Mike Nelson called us to make sure everything was in place to make our pick up of our car short and sweet. Mr. Nelson met us at the door with a smile on his face thanking us for working with us. Had some small hiccups but he smooth them over. I did a test drive with Mr. Nelson and fell in love with the car. While in the finance off he cleaned the car up taking off the stickers and wiping things down. We got to the finance part of it and it smooth just as I was told it was going to do. They got me out of my lease in to a new 2017 Mustang Conv. Thank you all for all that you did P.S. The finance person called me back couple days later and he was working with ford and saved me some more money, he called me back just to re-due some paperwork. Glad to do he saved me some $'s More
