Even after I bought the car, he has been there to help me learn about a few new technologies that I was unaware of for my particular vehicle (no gas cap?!!). He gave us time when we needed it and was there when we had questions. He even took a comment of my uncle getting popcorn from a different dealer in the past, and brought us a bag later in our time there. Amazing service and information the whole time there. More

I called and scheduled an appointment with Ron Burson the next day giving him some specifications that I was looking for. I arrived the next day and Ron showed me a couple of options that was within my budget. He was patient and very knowledgeable. When we sat down to crunch the numbers, he was an advocate and I didn’t feel any pressure. I would recommend Ron to my friends and family as he has been in the industry for a while and help me find the ideal car that will last me a lifetime. More

Steve is an outstanding representative of your company. But ... Scott Sprout asked to come in to the showroom on Friday, Dec 29 to purchase a new F350. Scott was busy and sent me to Kent Von Letkemann. After about 10 minutes of discussion about the details of the truck I wanted. He simply got up and said he had another appointment. Left me sitting there at the table. I called the sales manager who assured me that Scott would get back to me. Never did of course. I went elsewhere to purchase. Will never EVER come back and I will tell everyone I know this story. More
