The paperwork process took longer than usual I’m guessing, the computers were on the fritz but overall it was worth the wait. Went from beater to beauty just like that. In talking to Mike Walker, of the Red Team I asked about the use car dealership at Landmark. He referred me over there, and I talked to Ron Burson. Ron knew a lot about the Ford Fusion. I searched on line, and the exact model I wanted was in the used car sales lot. Other dealers wanted more. I feel I got a good price, enjoyed working with Ron, and was amazed how much he knew about the Fusion. He called me a week later and asked if I had any other questions. I did have a few because I was a amazed of all the features the car had. He went over them again with me and helped me to understand the Sirius programming. It was fun getting my car from him. I wanted a car from Landmark as I have always thought the service department was very efficient and treated me fair. More

Awesome zero pressure process. I had the privilege of working with Charlie on my recent lease for a Ford Explorer Sport. I arrived just before closing but that didn't seem to matter I had the privilege of working with Charlie on my recent lease for a Ford Explorer Sport. It was just over 100,000 miles, and due for a -lot- of work. The cost of servicing was just a little under what the car was worth, so we asked about trade ins. Kent was very attentive and extremely helpful. He listened to what we wanted, found us a great certified pre-owned Focus Electric that was still in our budget and walked us through the rest of the process!
