Great experience, not pushy We visited to decide on which Ford Explorer we liked better. Jeff pulled both versions next to each other so we could move between them and compare. He was patient with us while we insisted both of us test drive both versions to compare how they handled. When we asked about a different color he took us back to the exact one, still wrapped from delivery. He took us quickly through the process to complete our trade and make the deal. Kari then helped complete the financing. While she did offer a number of services we didn’t want, she listened to us and in the end we got the service plan. Very professional. The Nora Ephron quote on her desk still cracks me up - “When your children are teenagers, it's important to have a dog so that someone in the house is happy to see you.” Overall one of the best car buying experiences we’ve ever had.
