Inefficient, unhelpful, unresponsive. My experience at Landmark showed their people and systems are completely ineffective. I came for a flat repair on a new (2500 miles) F150. When I arrived for my appointment , I was not welcomed, did not have a clear way to know where to go or who to talk with. After 2.5 hours I was told the tire was unrepairable; they would need to keep it overnight and order a tire, but would have it done at 2pm the next day. I asked if they could help me approach Goodyear regarding the warranty and was told no. At 3 pm they informed me that the tire did not come in and it would take 1-2 more days. I needed to drive 600 miles to pick up a trailer the next day, so I told them to make it ready for me to pick up. And see if they had a spare I could use for the trip. I was told no…in a lot full of trucks, loaners, wheels, and tires. I called the service manager for help. He did not call me back. When I asked for my truck back, I was told there was a $75 charge, which was eventually waived. After they gave me the final paperwork, it took over 20 minutes to pull the truck around. I will never return or work with Landmark Ford and will recommend that everyone else go elsewhere. They do not value customer experience, and have systems which are confusing and cumbersome. More
Well we drove five hours to get to landmark Ford, never been there before and did not know what to expect ,Well we were not disappointment Jeff and Jen were fantastic they made the process very easy . Went in with the mindset of just seeing how much I could trade my previous car in for. Got offered a deal I considered good and ended up test driving a car I was really interested in. Charlie Wilson was hel trade my previous car in for. Got offered a deal I considered good and ended up test driving a car I was really interested in. Charlie Wilson was helping me with the new car and was super straight forward and understood what I was looking for. This was my first time buying a brand new car and Charlie made the process really easy, heard me out in what I wanted and not a single time did he try and sway to me get something more expensive or different from what I wanted. Without a doubt, next time I get a new Ford I'll be going right back to Charlie. More
Charlie has been amazing since I ordered my Mach-E. He kept me updated on my order and answered all my questions prior to delivery of the vehicle. When the vehicle arrived he fit us in no problem to come kept me updated on my order and answered all my questions prior to delivery of the vehicle. He spent a lot of time getting me aquatinted with the vehicle and answering my questions, and went out of his way to show me how to charge the vehicle. A few days later he checked the car out again when I thought it was making a weird sound. He also checked in after the purchase when he knew I was taking a long trip in the car to see how it went. I went in to Landmark to get a new car after my old one finally bit the dust. I was super nervous and didn’t know what to expect, but Jeff was incredibly helpful the entire time. On December 14, 2020 I took my 2018 Ford F150 in for oil change. Today, February 27, 2021 I noticed a small puddle of oil on my garage floor. Since I have only put 360 miles on the vehicle since this last o change. Today, February 27, 2021 I noticed a small puddle of oil on my garage floor. Since I have only put 360 miles on the vehicle since this last oil change I was surprised and immediately with some dexterous effort checked the tightness of the oil filter and sure enough it was loose. I must have turned it close to a quarter turn before it was finally tightened up. There is no excuse for this and the tech should be chastised accordingly. I hate to think what would have happened on the road if we had done our usual trip to the Arizona desert this year and the filter came off or loosened to the point of emptying the oil pan during the trip. It is obvious to me that no one checked the workmanship of the tech after the oil change to make sure that all was tight and secure. Looks like I will need to find a more reliable service center. More
