Sergiy was incredibly patient and offered a friendly, no pressure environment throughout. I was offered all of the information that I needed (and a test drive) to make a comfortable decision on my new Abarth. I had direct interaction with the GM Brian and also with Service Manager Mike, both were very instrumental in making the delivery of my new Abarth a reality. I have purchased many vehicles in my day, but never have I enjoyed the act of car purchasing like I did (twice) at Landmark Fiat. Additionally, I have visited the studio a few times since my purchase for accessories and have been greeted as a member of the family each time, simply refreshing and certainly impressive. Although we visited Landmark for my husband's two door Lounge, we also purchased a 500L for my use. Landmark offered us an Excellent price on our trade in and worked with our budget for the new car. We are now "the Fiat family" of our neighborhood. I have named my 500L "Alice" and she fits wonderfully in our garage! Our salesman was Serge and Brady finalized our purchase!
