Ridiculous This dealership by far is the worst I have ever encountered. Every time I have called to their service department I am put on hold for minimum of 15 m This dealership by far is the worst I have ever encountered. Every time I have called to their service department I am put on hold for minimum of 15 minutes, I have been hung up on, and when I have had questions about my car or my appointments with them I will go several days without a word of feedback. I most recently have been trying to get my headlight fixed with them and they have done nothing but give me the run around on when the part was to arrive, several calls made to them with no word back, and now they are trying to schedule me a month after I went to them with my problem. They are not accommodating in any fashion and have done nothing but give me a migraine. I salute you, Landmark, for making me drive two hours out of my way to get some decent service from a dealership. More
Oil Change I purchased and have had my Fiat serviced at this location a couple times. The buying experience and the first service / oil change gets 5 stars. The last service / oil change didn't go as smoothly, but the dealership is experiencing 'growing pains' from adding Jeep, etc. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and continue to be a customer. Since my initial draft review, the manager did make an effort to make things right, so customer service, etc is bumped back up to 5 stars. More

The dealer manager, Brian Donoghue made every effort to rectify my situation and he did very well to help the situation. Most things were fixed, however the one thing (not starting all the time on first try) still has not been fixed and I have taken it back again and they kept it two more weeks, only to have it do the same thing it has been doing for 2 years now. Mike Richter, the Service Manager, has been very nice and all to see what is wrong, but I am still frustrated that they can't seem to fix the issue. Now I have another issue with it after the tune up was done on it where it is running rough and when I brought it back in on 6/1/15 (they kept car 2 weeks) they said they could not duplicate the issue. However after the 4th crank on Friday when I picked it up was doing same stuff and did it 5 more times over the weekend. So needless to say I am still frustrated they can not find out what it is doing. The service manager advised he is checking into some things and will call me back. We will see what step is next. I just want it fixed. So I updated the customer service as they have been a lot better at communication this time around and Brian Donoghue had been great handling my situation, I am still just not confident they can get this fixed.... 3/25/15 Ok... So I purchased my Fiat here in June of 2012 and was a good experience then. I have had service here the entire time and has been good. However, skip now to Late 2014-2015. I had a few things I needed the service dept to look at as I had a popping in my steering column ( a known issue) and a few little things. I took it in for oil change as well. They repaired 3 of 5 things, the steering part had to be ordered I was told and this was on 1/19/15. Today is 3/25/15 and I still have had no call back from them about the part. So I called them yesterday and asked to get my name and number taken and was advised I would get a call back. However received no call after 3 hrs. I called back and this time get a voicemail. Left a message and still no return call. I am calling again today to see what is up. I had a weird feeling the day I drove in for service and to my surprise there were Chrysler and Dodge and jeep and Ram vehicles all over the place there and the show room had turned from an inviting, nice place to go, into a place full of balloons and annoying salespeople and that typical American Car Dealership experience I DESPISE!!! I am afraid this is Landmark Fiat's fall into mediocre and crap service. I understand Fiat may not have a million models to sell (I am not sure why they didn't pick up Alfa to go here as would make sense) but I was told the new Fiat sales were being relegated to a small little building they pluncked in the middle of their Used Car section of their dealership.... I am deeply saddened as my experience with this place has gone from 5 stars to 2 stars.... NOT SATISFIED! More

He searched high and low, kept me informed on new arrivals and specials and went for two separate test drives. There was never any pressure. He knew I was set on a FIAT just as I did. I got a great car. A 2013 Fiat 500 sport with great features with only 14K miles on it. It's a beautiful color. I did the financial business with Jeff and he was quick and efficient. I met the manager Brian and he was very friendly and welcoming and made sure we were taken care of in the best possible way. The overall experience was 5 stars! Love the company, love the employees and love my new (or used technically) car. Very strong recommendations for them and remember to ask for Victor! More
Fixed Issues that another dealership couldn't I bought a new FIAT. Within 20 miles, it started giving issues. I decided to wait until 500 miles in case I needed "to make a list". I then brought it I bought a new FIAT. Within 20 miles, it started giving issues. I decided to wait until 500 miles in case I needed "to make a list". I then brought it to another mechanic/dealership, and after two trips there decided I had a "lemon". One more chance... Took it to Landmark (1.5 hours each way). The mechanic listened intently to my issues, and spent quite a bit of time troubleshooting. The end result was he found parts that were bad, that should "never left the dealership" where I bought it (and the same ones that couldn't fix it). They had to order the parts, so I still wasn't sure "this" would fix everything. When the parts came in, the mechanic made sure to thoroughly understand the issue before replacing the parts. First he took it for a drive, then we both took easily a 10 mile drive "just to be sure"...his idea. He listed to me explain the issues (not many do). He "dumbed it down" to explain what was going on. And, explained that any Dodge/Jeep/FIAT dealer can change the oil (our extended maintenance contract). So I only have to drive about 3 miles to the Dodge dealer now. EXCELLENT MECHANIC!!!! More

She LISTENED to w I bought a slightly used Fiat back in July...(I waited to give a review to see how the car was running). Yvonne was so awesome! She LISTENED to what I wanted... (Something the other fiat place did not do for me) and she didn't try to talk me into something I did not want. I was driving out with my new ( new to me) car in just over an hour. Now -3 months later.... I have had NO problems with my car. Because I bought it from them I get six free oil changes and when I went in for my oil change I felt like I was stopping in to see old friends. Very friendly staff and..... My Fiat gets 38 miles to the gallon! Wooooooooo Hooooooo Yes - I love my car. :) More
