I wish I had read the reviews before I headed back up here. As a repeat customer I thought there would be some kind of rapport and or genuine respect as a customer. Firstly Hayden the 1 year certificate hanging on in his wall was the only decent part of it, but played not actual role in anything. Carl the sales manager like in other posts, does not like being told no. Was very rude and pushy. I had to ask for my keys back 3 times before I was given them. Which as an adult male with a wife and daughters was completely put off by. No one should have to ask for their personal belongs back 3 times. Within 20 minutes of leaving Doug the GM calls me and wants to apologize and make it up to me. He lets me keep this Durango for a couple days while he “looks” (aka preps it for sale) at my trade in. I go see him just this afternoon. He already had papers drawn up for my wife and I to sign and we hadn’t even talked numbers at all. I tell him straight up and be as honest as possible “ Unless you are going to make me the greatest deal ever and eat money on this there isn’t anything to really talk about.” This man told me “Get the xxxx outta my showroom.” Doug threatens to hurt my business at my employment. Called me all kinds of names. I’m sure he felt like a real big man in front of all his employees. Craziest xxxx ever. DO NOT DO BUSINESS AT THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. He’s probably going to try and get this kicked off the reviews. And will probably retaliate in some form or fashion. More
They are very misleading about their service my wife went to have an oil change and it ended up being 2200.00. Because the tech told her that if she didn’t get the 90,000 mile service done that day it wou to have an oil change and it ended up being 2200.00. Because the tech told her that if she didn’t get the 90,000 mile service done that day it would void the warranty. All they did was change fluids supposedly… then they charged her 600.00 to change 6 spark plugs. And didn’t even fill the wind shield wiper fluid container, they got oil all over the front bumper and fenders of her jeep wrangler and didn’t even clean it off. They didn’t tell her what they was doing they just did it. I would take a lawn mower to them to service. They aren’t worth a Crap. More

I stopped by this Dodge dealership to see about service after awful experience at Lee Summit Dodge which I had been a loyal customer since 2016. When I went to landmark James immediately took care of me and was very polite and worked my vehicle in and I know this was huge since everyone is short on staff everywhere! My car was there for diagnostics and they fixed it same day! I literally had my car at LEE SUMMIT DODGE for this exact issue five times with no resolution and I had an extended warranty that paid for any issues and they still would never fix the problem. I will always go back to landmark dodge their service team is top notch. More
