Just bought my first Dodge Laramie 2016 My wife were out shopping Saturday... and as we drove by Landmark Dodge I told her to pull in I wanted to check out the 2015 or 2016 Laramie.... Denni My wife were out shopping Saturday... and as we drove by Landmark Dodge I told her to pull in I wanted to check out the 2015 or 2016 Laramie.... Dennis Wick was right there to help us... show us all the models ask about our budget trade in etc.... I had no intention of buying a truck. Dennis did not push or pressure us... answered all my questions.... and let me test drive a truck... To my surprise I fell instantly in love with that vehicle and bought it about an hour later.. With the extras I ordered they told me it would be ready Wed ... but they called last night and stated it would be ready tonight. They even gave me a new 2016 Laramie to drive as a loaner..... The value was great but the customer service really played a huge part in the commitment I made. Dennis really went above and beyond without sales pressure. I'l would gladly purchase another vehicle from and Landmark..... and this is my on line review ever... They get a 5 out of 5 rating!!! More

Disrespectable Racist Manager I wish I could comment without leaving any stars. My Husband and I went to Landmark Dodge Chrysler to purchase a truck. We found the truck that we liked and was approved for it. While waiting, the manager named Jeremy approached my us and from the beginning he seemed Racist. Although the car was approved for my Husband and I was only the co-signer he acknowledged me only and never looked at my husband. I found this strange but we followed him to his office. While in the office he started chewing his gum really crazy and loud. He then asked my Husband did he remember him. My husband said No he then stated I didn't think so, and walked out of the office. My husband and I found this weird but didn't think much more of it. When he returned he asked us did we have add ons on the last car we said No and he well I'm sure you don't want any on this car. We stated No, he then called the finance guy and said "I will be sending these folks to you now". We said, well we have to go and get our kids from school and will be back to sign the final documents. As we were leaving out of the office, Jeremy asked my Husband once again did he remember him, my husband again said no. As we were walking down towards the door, he asked him again, My husband then jokingly said why should I remember you, If I do will I Blank. Jeremy then told my husband "Blank". My Husband said excuse me, Jeremy then says I'm at work and don't want any problems but we can handle it when I get off. My Husband said No handle it now, since you keep asking me do I remember you, what is your problem with me? He then says something about 7 years ago..and if he wasn't at work, he would let my Husband know. We then realized this wasn't going to go anywhere, and told Jeremy that since he was being so disrespectful that he just costed them a sell, in which he replied that he didn't care it wasn't his truck anyway. I am so disappointed in Landmark Dodge, as we really liked the truck but we will not work with disrespectful employees. I am hoping to raise this issue to the highest level because the way we were treated was wrong and racist, and he should face some sort of consequence for his actions. More
Terrible Service with Steve I called to request a tow because my truck wouldn't start. I inquired about a loaner vehicle. I explained to him my dilemma of using the truck for transportation for work purposes he then stated "how many times are you going to ask me that question? I said no!" The next day I called to inquire the status of my vehicle with Steve. He actually seemed upset with me because I was inquiring. Being that you've had my work vehicle for 24 hours and still haven't attempted to pull it in to service to diagnose the issue, I am the one who should be upset. When I inquired with Steve when I should call back. He said "you won't, I will call back when I know the issue." It seems Steve may not understand that his job is customer driven. Without happy customers, you have no business, with no business, there is no need for Steve. More
