I was greated with a friendly smile outside even if it was a little chilly. Mr. Ceesay,took the time to explain the different features of the 200. New in the area. Called AAA because the car would not start or do anything. AAA came and advised us that the silent security system had armed and that there was something wrong with my husbands key. She told me to have my husband ask for her and that she would help him. He drove the car there and he informed me that it was huge especially in comparison with the local dealership we had always dealt with in a small town in PA. He stated that she was professional, explained what had happened and did everything possible to see that he got the service he needed. More
