I've been through this process before and I was expecting a high pressure sales tactic when I walked. However we sat a moment, went through the list of vehicles and he had me in one that was extremely close to what I was looking for, at a fraction of the cost. We discussed the financing options, I told him what I was approved for and he advised he was sure he could get me a better rate. After a bit of hesitancy I allowed the credit to be run and within less than an hour we had an approval, at a great rate. I believe Evan went above and beyond to get me into this vehicle and squashed all my apprehensions when dealing with car salesmen. The above and beyond came in when we went to close the deal and I realized I did not have any checks in my check book. Instead of my offer to leave and come back Monday when my bank was open to get a certified bank check, Evan ran other options by me, which actually floored me. I was very surprised to know they were so willing to go above and beyond and bend over backward a little bit to make me happy. I will definitely be referring my associates to visit, at least this location to insure a pleasant experience with very friendly staff. More
I had a 2008 Nissan Rogue that I have wanted to trade in for some time now. I had been eying the Dodge Challengers for about a year but would have never thought I would get approved for one. Just taking a chance, I called Landmark and I was immediately welcomed by internet salesman Ian Grenier to come down to the dealership to look at the inventory. Once I arrived, Ian gave me a friendly greeting and made me feel very comfortable. The entire experience went very fast. I picked out the Challenger I wanted and we went for a test drive. I loved the car and Ian was very helpful and informative on how to use all the bells and whistles. Landmark gave me a full trade book value on my Nissan and I was financed within 30 minutes. I highly recommend this place to any first time buyers, trade-ins, or used vehicle customers. I will definitely be coming back to purchase my new car within the next few years! I called Landmark Dodge to see if they could help me get out of my car, being I was so upside down in negative equity. I was hesitant because two other dealerships had told me they could help me but when I got there, I just got turned down. So, I took a chance and went down to Landmark, about an hour and a half drive from Dawsonville GA, and I'm so glad that I did. They got me a lot more money for my trade than the on-line offer from Auto Trader and I left with a 2013 Ram 1500, with a HEMI, and no money down! Thank you Ernest! You were straight forward from the beginning and throughout the whole process. I will and have recommended you and Landmark to my friends, family and co-workers. Rodney was very thorough, helpful and liked to talk which was very refreshing and made buying experience much nicer. This dealership is awful. The sales people and the sales managers are crooks. I went their hoping to walk in and purchase a new vehicle which I did do. My story. I went in to trade my F150 lariat 2011 for a dodge ram 2013 big horn edition. I asked the sells guy in person does this have all the amenities, like? Back up camera, Automatic start. Your probably thinking why didn't I just look. Well they only let Me crank it. Couldn't put it in reverse they fear you would wreck their car. And the auto start. He said it was their. HIS WORDS WAS ITS A BIG HORN!! Anyway, we sat down went over a few numbers. My old truck was worth 27500 they initially offered me 24k. I refused. Then the sales managers walks over. Says mr. Rogers your truck is only worth 24k nothing we can do. Numbers don't lie. I just gave up and was going to leave. I didn't wanna get ripped off. I asked for my keys, I was left standing for over 20min waiting for my keys to my vehicle. As i got ready to Walk out, they rushed over, Mr. Rogers we was wrong your truck is worth more 27k. I said perfect. I Didn't know my credit score. Shame on me but I'm young and I guess not wise. But, I didn't know a dealership could lie about credit scores. They said I had a 584 I thought that was odd. Being young and I guess not wise. I BELIEVED. I truly have a 606. I still turned the deal down. I requested my keys once again. And proceeded to leave. I was stopped once again. Let me tell you. Evan biddle and his sells manager pressured me into the worse deal of my life. 75 months, 10.22 Interest rate. Just so they could make a dollar. I don't wish bad on people. I think I'm a good person. I treat people well. But, I do hope Evan and his sells manager have a bad life for at least 7ys. This is how long it will take me to recover form a reposition. I told them I could not afford that amount. They pressured me. I was also trying to move me and my fiancé to a new house. I told them I had to tread lightly on payments. They went around what I said, and made Me think I could afford this all. Well I couldn't!! Thank you Evan and your sells manager.
