Started out rocky, but has a happy ending We did a lot of online research and knew exactly what we were looking for. We did a lot of negotiating online and via email before we ever went into the dealership to hopefully cut down on our time just sitting there--because wasting a whole day in a car dealership is the WORST. That online negotiating crumbled once we got there as it seemed the salesperson didn't understand our bottom line. We got to the point where we were going to walk out and our salesperson called in his boss and then his boss' boss. And man, those guys knew how to keep a customer. They listened to our needs, our financial cap, and were able to work some magic to get us into the perfect car for only just a little bit more than we planned to spend. We actually got a nicer car for not too much more money and our family is really pleased! We will definitely recommend them to friends and family. Landmark Dodge really does have the volume of car sales to be able to work about any deal you need. Good luck! More

I always enjoy coming to the service department to get any work done to my car because I trust them to take care of my car just like it was their own. I've been dealing with Mike Crouch and his service team for some years now, and If I have any issue, it's always taken care of, and I leave a very happy customer. They are very professional, and I would recommend anyone to visit Landmark Dodge's service department. More
Purchase of new 2014 journey r/t I was looking for a new suv with 3 rows of seats. On line I came across the discounted price on the vehicle I was looking for. I contacted the dealers I was looking for a new suv with 3 rows of seats. On line I came across the discounted price on the vehicle I was looking for. I contacted the dealership and made an appointment. The sales representative, Evan, had the car ready for me to look at. He explained all the features before I took it for a test drive. The negotiating part was not too bad. At first I was offered a much lower amount for my trade in than expected. We went back and forth and finally settled for an amount slightly lower than what I was hoping for. The rest was easy. Everybody was very professional and helpful. More

I was able to finally see and test drive the new Ram 1500 with the V6 Eco Diesel engine. That was all it took for me. I have 175 miles so far and I'm loving it. You have to drive it to believe how good this with the V6 Eco Diesel engine. That was all it took for me. I have 175 miles so far and I'm loving it. You have to drive it to believe how good this truck is. Rodney and Chuck were straight forward and I believe honest to deal with. This truck is brand new, I was told I bought the first one in GA. They were 6 months later than Dodge advertised but I will tell you- well worth the wait. More
1st time Dodge Owner I purchased my vehicle on 02/15/2014 (2C3CDXCTXDH578113). Drove it home and the check engine light came on 02/17/2014. I returned to the dealership on I purchased my vehicle on 02/15/2014 (2C3CDXCTXDH578113). Drove it home and the check engine light came on 02/17/2014. I returned to the dealership on the same day. The service writer at the time advised me that it was a "code 13", but due the volume of cars they had under repair they couldn't even look at mine until a week later (02/24/2014). I returned on 02/24/2014 as requested and left my vehicle. I was advised it would be a 2 to 6 hour repair job. As of 02/25/2014, I had not heard from the dealership so I called them. When I did get someone on the line I was advised that they had to order parts and once the part got it my vehicle would be ready. I called again on 02/27/2014 and was advised that my part had just arrived 2 hours prior to my call and they would get it installed as soon as possible. I called again about my vehicle on 03/03/2014 and was advised that my vehicle was test driven, but was not ready to go yet. On 03/04/2014, the service writer called me back and advised that they had to order a wiring harness that was on back order and that they had no "ETA" on when they could get it. It still has never been explained what is wrong with the car, nor has it been explained why they have to keep ordering parts? nor have they explained how a Dealership has to back order parts. As of this writing my vehicle has been in the shop for half the time I have owned it. Update 03/11/2014: So I finally contacted the “Chrysler Customer Service" number and was advised that they were aware of the problem and would be forwarding my complaint to "The Back Order Parts Division". (What the heck is that???) I had to return the rental that was covered in my warranty because it only provides for 5-days of coverage. (Yes, you have a maximum of 5 days coverage even when parts are back ordered three weeks.) The Customer service person then told me that the Service Manager would be calling me. Five days later, I still have not heard from the Service manager. I did however get a call from Chrysler advising me to call the Service department. Why should I have to do that? I'm the customer. They should be servicing me. So as of this date I have owned the car for four weeks, driven it for three days, and it's been in the shop ever since with no estimated time of repair and no compensation for my time lost at work, vacations cancelled, and extra incurred expenses of substitute travel. I finally got a call on March 28th stating the part (A wiring harness) had just arrived in Atlanta and It should be installed soon. On April 1st I got a call stating the harness that had taken 3 weeks to arrive came in with a broken wire on it, but it was being worked and should be ready soon. So as of this date I still am without a car, although I purchased one on February 17th. I have incurred numberous expenses in alternate travel and there is still no compensation or estimated time for the return of my vehicle. The same details have been sent to Chrysler, as well as to Mr. Lambert with no reponses. My intention is in no way meant to slam Landmark because the men and women that work there are great people (when you can get them on the phone), but this story needed to be shared. Six weeks is a bit much to have been waiting. On another note they did send me the free three month trial for the satellite radio, however since the car has been in the garage for a month and a half already I guess that's not a plus. Even when it is repaired, I wonder if the shuttle will come get me? Doubt it :-)_ More
