My sales associate Evan Biddle, made me feel welcomed, kept me informed of the entire process, and was exceptionally helpful in assisting me retrieve additional documentation required to close the deal. This is by far the shortest visit I have ever had at a dealership when buying a new truck! I will definitely come back to LandMark when I'm ready for a new purchase, and greatly recommend others come checkout their vehicles and outstanding service!!! 110% satisfied!!! More

Great Buying Experience I live exactly 52 miles away from Landmark Dodge and had no intentions of driving that far to purchase a car. Without ever driving out to Landmark Dod I live exactly 52 miles away from Landmark Dodge and had no intentions of driving that far to purchase a car. Without ever driving out to Landmark Dodge, and ever meeting us, Michael promised to give us a great deal. Not trusting in this promise, as of course he is a sales person, my husband decided to give him a chance. My husband and Michael went back and forth trying to find a vehicle with a price within my comfort zone, and all the bells and whistles I wanted along with several that I did not know I wanted until I saw it. Before ever loading up my 3 small children into the minivan, we had an approval with the bank, knew our payoff, interest rate and new payment. After a 12 hour workday we took the 52 mile drive to Morrow, GA, still thinking this experience was too good to be true and expecting the price to change. When you pulled up to this massive lot and hundreds of cars to choose from, it was wonderful to see the one we discussed up front and waiting for us. Even though it was almost closing time, he allowed me to take a test drive. (i know, with only 8 miles on the vehicle, what was I expecting) It didn't matter, he gladly took me on the ride. Then off to the finance manager, where every number discussed previously was presented as promised. I WAS AMAZED!!! This all occurred on Thursday evening, I have since referred two additional people to Michael. Trust me, I do not refer people nor write reviews, I felt him fully deserving. It is nice to not feel pressured into a vehicle that I did not want. Again, I say Thank you More

Not worth the time or drive Years ago I went to Landmark to buy a vehicle and after hours of the dealer trying to low ball my trade and not work on the price I left. So, the w Years ago I went to Landmark to buy a vehicle and after hours of the dealer trying to low ball my trade and not work on the price I left. So, the wife and I decided to go car shopping and I decided it had been many of years since I had been to landmark, and I would give them another try - that won't happen again. The salesman seemed friendly enough, but I kept telling him his desk was in the direct sunlight and he kept calling us back over to the inferno. Finally i had to tell him we are going to a different desk out of the sun. We were advised they had found a truck for us. But we need to 'fill out' a credit app for more information. (NEVER fill out a credit app until you agree on numbers. NEVER let them just 'run your credit' every inquiry is not good for your credit) So, I asked several times where the truck was - in Georgia? or another state? How long to get it? 48 hours or a few days. Ok, that's fine, but where is it coming from - what state? They want us to be trusting to them, but not them to us? That just doesn't sound fair to me or good business. Well after hours of back and forth my wife and I left. It was quite funny, ow the low balled me on my trade again, and didn't even go out and look at it. Not once did someone go out there. My son was sitting outside and never saw anyone around my truck. So, how can you get a fair price when they never put hands on it? I am all over Atlanta in and out of homes and businesses and will definitely share my experience with everyone, even if they aren't car shopping at this time. More
