We appreciate you reaching out to us. We take the concerns of our customers very seriously, and apologize if there's been any confusion regarding your situation. Wed like the opportunity to offer a little clarification. The information we received was that you were approximately 100 miles away when it was a few minutes before our normal closing time of 9:00 pm. Unfortunately, many of our employees have families and we felt that it was not fair to them to ask them to stay 2 hours past closing before they even left for home. This would have put some of our employees home after midnight. We understood and knew it was a difficult situation, which is why we offered a $65 reimbursement for a hotel as well as we tried to communicate that we would open early so you could out on the road at 9am.
