Within a couple of hours we had arrived at the dealership. We met Chris, Lee and John who were all very friendly and accommodating. Since the car had just been acquired by Chris it was not on the lot, but had gone to be inspected, so we had some time to spend with the guys. We had a great conversation and learned about each other. These guys are down to earth. We saw customer come and go and each was treated with respect. Chris didn't pull any punches and was truthful even if it didn't sound like the best sales technique. We left with a beautiful GMC Yukon we had been looking for for about 2 months. Chris provided a 3 month, 3000 mile warranty. He made sure that when we left we were completely satisfied. I'll go as far to say that he went above and beyond what I've come to expect from a car dealership. When we left we had a great respect for Chis and his approach towards his customers. Absolute Irresponsible I bought a car from this dealership and, from the day I drove it off the lot, there was nothing but trouble. There was a leak that the in-house repair I bought a car from this dealership and, from the day I drove it off the lot, there was nothing but trouble. There was a leak that the in-house repair shop "repaired" and, within two weeks, the transmission died. Of course, the extended warranty company (also bought through the dealership...surprise) denied repair as they claimed the "leak" caused the transmission to die. I've since bought a new car from a reputable dealership who, by the way, knew these guys very well and had many other customer come to them with the same story. Wasted investment dollar-wise but valuable lesson learned... Run!! More
