I went in for the 45,000 mile check up on my Avalon. I had a 1:20 appointment time and arrive on time. I promptly was greeted in the service area and the gentleman took the information and told me it sh I had a 1:20 appointment time and arrive on time. I promptly was greeted in the service area and the gentleman took the information and told me it should be about an hour. I went into the waiting area and sat down with my phone and my book. It was only about half an hour when the gentleman came in and told me my car was ready and I got a good report on it. He was courteous, as were the people at the checkout counter. More
