Please stop outsourcing the calls for when someone calls in to make a service appointment. They don’t seem to know anything about what is due next on the regularly scheduled services. I scheduled mine online this time because I can’t deal with them again. I also don’t want them trying to sell me anything at the end of the call like they did last time. It was a waste of time. I’ll continue to schedule online though. That was great. More

15,000 mile car service I pulled my car into the shop for the service advisor to look at my car. Chase asked me what I was here for and I told him for my 15,000 mile car serv I pulled my car into the shop for the service advisor to look at my car. Chase asked me what I was here for and I told him for my 15,000 mile car service. He got me all wrote up and I gave him my phone number to call me when car was ready. He called me back in about 30 mins after I brought my car in saying it was ready for pick up. He told me everything was good and showed me my car report card and asked if I had any questions. Chase has awesome customer service and it’s great to see that a big dealership still incorporates that. Thanks again chase! More
