Fast, Friendly, Finished Came in for an oil change, had appointment. I was waiting in the most comfortable waiting area when I received a call from my service advisor Jim. He Came in for an oil change, had appointment. I was waiting in the most comfortable waiting area when I received a call from my service advisor Jim. He told me three more things I needed to take care of on my truck and gave me the price and estimate of time I would have to wait. I told him I couldn’t do it today but would be back within the next 3 weeks. I will be asking for Jim. He came to the waiting area and escorted me to the cashier and showed me where my truck was located. I was out of there in 30 minutes. Very happy!! More
