damaged tire replacement The low tire pressure light came on in my 2017 Highlander and when I was checking the tires, I saw the head of a screw sticking out of one tire. Sinc The low tire pressure light came on in my 2017 Highlander and when I was checking the tires, I saw the head of a screw sticking out of one tire. Since the screw was 1/4 inch from the sidewall, I knew it could not be repaired, so I made an appointment at Landers Toyota. Chase Goshien was my service advisor and he confirmed that the tire was not repairable, but Landers did not have a replacement tire on site. So he went to work on the phone and was able to locate a tire and told me that it would be delivered by noon the next day. This sounded great because we had a trip out of town planned for the next afternoon. Just as he said, the tire was delivered the next morning and was mounted and we were on our way before noon. He kept me informed during the entire process and I appreciated his excellent professionalism very much. More

Friendly, Professional and Courteous I had a scheduled 9:00 am service appointment on my Highlander. Upon arrival, I was immediately waited on and my vehicle taken in for service. Checked with me before replacement of the cabin air filters and met me at the cashiers office upon completion of the work. then walked with me to my vehicle to insure everything was to my satisfaction.
