Kurt Salecker was my service ad I made an appointment online and took my 2017 Highlander to Landers Toyota for the 35,000 mile scheduled maintenance. Kurt Salecker was my service advisor and he informed me about what this would involve and told me approximately how long it would take. I waited in the customer lounge and Kurt’s time estimate was right on target. He informed me about what was done and provided me with a printout and I was on my way.
