20,000 mile check Moved to Arkansas recently and had to find a new Toyota dealership. Made appointment for 2 pm but arrived 15 minutes early and did not have to wait! AWESOME Service - LOVE Lisa!!! I bought my Tacoma from another dealership but decided to start using Landers for service. They were AWESOME!! Special shout out to Lisa!!! After they finished my 35k mile check up, I then decided to buy new tires. They didn't have them in stock BUT got them from across town and gave me a loaner to use until later that SAME AFTERNOON while my tires were mounted and front end alignment was completed. I was absolutely thrilled with the customer service. Lisa was VERY patient with me while I poured over the many tire options for my truck. Thanks again Lisa and Landers team for the great experience!!! I will be coming back for sure! More
