Good customer service I bought my vehicle at a different dealership because the sales department was easy to work with. However, their service department left a lot to be desired. Low employee morale and lack of customer care made it a place that I did not prefer to go. So, as soon as my ToyotaCare time period was complete, I left. Steve Landers Toyota welcomed me and took great care of me and my vehicle while being serviced. I’ll definitely be back. The only reason that I gave 4 stars instead of 5, is because I wasn’t given a copy of my multi point inspection (the printer wasn’t working). Otherwise, a very favorable experience. More
