When we went outside to look at Toyota cars he didn't go for the golf cart... instead my wife an I had to run to keep pace with him... then when we were talking sedate car, he knew my hot car background and introduced us to a loaded Avalon Limited that was a managers special... he cooked a Toyota Finance deal that sounded lease-like, with a tqo year no mileage limit purchase with a guaranteed buyback price... at my first stop light I proceeded on green by smiling the front tyres... my wife rolled her eyes, and I smiled! Since then (14 months ago) the Avalon has proved itself a car we will re-buy in 2018, with Toyota hybrid power, mostly because of the excellent service and maintenance, the friendly service people, great financing, and because Gary is still sending me text messages with updates... Oh... and we will add another Prius to the garage because GARY SAYS SO! Regarding specific service... both Kurt Saleker and Adrian Daniels were excellent in their work... time estimates for the routine service (Kurt) for the oil and lube; and Adrian for a Recall for which I was late but the car was in and complete in minutes. I repeat that this is what will keep me with Toyota and Landers... and of course, Gary Tippits More
