Maintenance I came in for an Oil Change (my first one on my Corolla) and it was the fastest service that I have ever experienced! Everyone was so nice and I actu I came in for an Oil Change (my first one on my Corolla) and it was the fastest service that I have ever experienced! Everyone was so nice and I actually left my phone in the car, and I asked if I could go get it thinking my wait would be long. As we were walking to my car the serviceman was already pulling in for the oil change and handed me my phone. Needless to say I really didn't need it because by the time I sat down to check my email my car was ready!!!!!! Oh not to mention the FREE Oil change, I think I will be a forever customer of Toyota! When I made the appointment for service, the person I talked with told me that the repair work In general the experience and service were very good. When I made the appointment for service, the person I talked with told me that the repair work would take about an hour, so I took the 3 pm appointment he offered. However, when I arrived I was told it would take at least 2 hours. I stayed to have the work done, since I was already there. If I would have known it would take at least 2 hours I would have made another appointment. Thanks for asking. More
