Bought the car from Landers and have been very well pleased. We've only had routine maintenance work and one option added to the car. The personnel have all been friendly and helpful, and have never had to wait an excessive amount of time. My only gripe is that the site for scheduling maintenance online was difficult for me to navigate and I ended up calling the 800 number to schedule, which was fine. More

We have been a customer of Steve Landers Toyota since 2011 and have always received excellent service when having maintenance performed on our Rav 4. Recently, our Rav had an unexpected catastrophic engine failure while on the road. As a small non-profit who provides a temporary home for families with critically ill children, we simply did not have the budget to purchase a new vehicle. We reached out to Steve Landers to see if they could help us in any way. Because of their commitment to their customers and their community, they installed a new engine in our 2011 Rav 4 at no cost to our organization. We can not thank them enough for all they did to help us. We will remain a committed customer. More

10,000mi check I scheduled my 10,000 mi warranty checkup online which was very easy. I arrived at my scheduled time and was seen immediately. He tried to call me on cell phone when car was ready instead of coming to get me. I went down to service as he was walking out to find me. I mute my cell phone. All other service advisors came to get their customers. Normally I get excellent service in short amount of time. Was there 2 hrs plus. More

I was given a discount since the tires were so new and I am delighted that my service man was so sympathetic and kind. That kind of care and generosity is hard to find. Thank you so very much.
