Appointment expectations exceeded I set an appointment a few days before my visit online. Very easy to do. I was greeted upon arrival and taken inside to discuss my needs. The advisor I set an appointment a few days before my visit online. Very easy to do. I was greeted upon arrival and taken inside to discuss my needs. The advisor was very informative and explained everything clearly. He did not push me to purchase the more expensive product. When the work was done, the advisor found me, e planned the charges, took me to checkout and then to my car. He was very professional. My only complaint is that someone made adjustments to my seat. The distance from the wheel, back and height had all been altered. Since this car does not have a memory for the way it had been set, I am having to adjust it to try to find my regular settings. More
