Poor Service and Communication Took my Toyota Tacoma in for an oil change which I've done many times before. In the past I've always been pleased with the level of service and expe Took my Toyota Tacoma in for an oil change which I've done many times before. In the past I've always been pleased with the level of service and expertise that I was provided with. On June 19th I had an oil change and asked them to also check the coolant level as well. They assured me they always checked all fluid levels and would top them off if needed. I got home about 20 minutes away from dealership and checked the radiator after engine had cooled off and the oil level. Oil was a quart low (It doesn't use oil between changes). and I had to put about one-third of a gallon of anitfreeze in the radiator. The reason I'm dissatisfied is because I got an email from service advisor asking if I was pleased with service. I responded with all the above information and never heard back from him. I then called and explained my situation to an to an the Assistant Service Manager who said she would inform my Service Advisor and the Service Manager and they would contact me. Three days went by and again no call from anyone so I called the Service Manager whose response to my situation was to come by the shop which is at least 20 minutes away and we will top of your oil for you. The reason I'm writing this review is because they didn't respond to call or texts that they initiated. The Service Team was very sloppy with their work, and the remedy without apology was to come by and we will top of your oil for you. They didn't ruin my vehicle but they didn't go the extra mile with their customer service either. More
