While in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation the service advisor told me that my front brakes needed new pads (2mm remaining on them). The advisor also said the back brake pads were good(7 mm thick service advisor told me that my front brakes needed new pads (2mm remaining on them). The advisor also said the back brake pads were good(7 mm thick). He gave this info to me in writing. On a return visit to get the front brakes done the advisor said I needed back pads because they were dangerously thin (2 mm). I paid for the front pads and took my Highlander to a independent brake shop. The back pads still have well over half the original thickness on them. I consider this bate and switch. SO beware when going to this service department for service. More

I have have had the worst experience with this dealership. I have yet to receive MSO title to register 3 months after purchase. Service manager went above and beyond to solve a question of extra insurance I paid for. Initially denied but the manager called and resolved the issue and the damaged tire was paid for. Saved @$370.
