The best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle! ! Took our vehicle for the airbag recall. Arrived at 10;15 for a 10:45 appt time. told it would take a couple of hours. We came back at noon and were told it would be ready at 2:00, since we Arrived at 10;15 for a 10:45 appt time. told it would take a couple of hours. We came back at noon and were told it would be ready at 2:00, since we live in Maumelle we decided to call at 2 to make sure it was done. Were told it hadn't been started. We called again at 4;40 and were told they checked the "harness" and it was fine. We will never return and will use the dealer in Conway. Very unprofessional and not customer friendly. We bought our car there and they were wonderful. Service dept. not so much. More
