After they finished my 35k mile check up, I then decided to buy new tires. They didn't have them in stock BUT got them from across town and gave me a loaner to use until later that SAME AFTERNOON while my tires were mounted and front end alignment was completed. I was absolutely thrilled with the customer service. Lisa was VERY patient with me while I poured over the many tire options for my truck.
