Maintenance work to keep my 2004 Forerunner in top condition My Service Adviser, Josh Ellis, took care of my a/c concerns on lack of cooling by having the entire refrigerant system evacuated and reinstalled. Wor My Service Adviser, Josh Ellis, took care of my a/c concerns on lack of cooling by having the entire refrigerant system evacuated and reinstalled. Works great !! Also, had an instrument panel warning light that indicated my tire air pressure system was not working correctly. His dialog and team effort with the mechanic performing the work resolved this issue by trouble shooting then replacing the battery in one of the tires. Problem solved !! I have watched Steve Landers Toyota's professional and technical skill levels both increase steadily in the 15 years I have owned this Forerunner !! They are not the cheapest alternative to getting the necessary maintenance work performed, but in my opinion, they have been the most dependable alternative. And they stand behind their work. I think their mechanic's ongoing training has been their secret to improve their skills. They know their cars well. More
