He was able to look up the specifics of my extended service contract and informed me about what would be done during that appointment. He also went through my extended service coupon booklet with me and answered several questions about it. He did a great job and I appreciated it very much! More

Easy to make an appointment, service was completed quickly . I was able to receive a same day appointment. I usually use Mark McLarty Toyota for service, but on this particular day I was having trouble with . I was able to receive a same day appointment. The service writer Lisa Maryovich was friendly and very informative of services my car needed. For example, no recalls issued for my car, service interval of oil changes, and tire rotations. More

James Thomas (JT) My salesman is James Thomas (JT) that I think may be the greatest sales person ever. Selling the car was not the final experience. He actually came and got my car twice to have a light fixed that was not working and then came and took my car out to have it serviced as he knew that I was taking care of a 80 year old Marine that had fallen and broken his hip and I was having problems getting out to your location since I actually live in Sherwood and work downtown and your dealership is not very convenient for me. He is fantastic and I would recommend him to everyone that I know that wants to buy a car. I gave JT five stars but, in my opinion, the service department leaves a lot to be desired. The wait time takes too long. However, the first time I was out there to try to get the light fixed and I had to sit there for 1-1/2 hours only for them to tell me they did not have the light. JT checked on me constantly and he was the one that told me they did not have the light. No one from the service department ever came and said a word to me. That makes me even more thankful for JT. More
