10,000 mile service I stopped by Express Lube to have my oil changed and tires rotated per the 10,000 mile service. Found out that service was overbooked and I had to have made an appointment - had to come back the next day and leave the car. That meant getting to work late and having to get the shuttle to take me back mid-afternoon to pick up the car and go back to work. That was a disruption I just did not need. Craig took good care of me the next day, including running the car through the car wash. More

Friendly Quck Buy Mr. Armstrong stopped me and asked if I was happy with current car. I said I was, but he said that I would be happier with zero percent financing.
