Awesome Service ! First off, I came in without an appointment for an oil change and was able to pull right in , no wait ! Secondly, due to an incident from previous recall repair visit the Service Adviser, Mandy, was to credit my account for a free oil change next visit. I informed this visits service adviser of this when requesting the oil change for which he did not see it noted on my account and that Mandy was no longer employed there. Without hesitation Christopher Hogue honored my word and assured me there would be no charge today for the oil change. AND service was completed within an hour ! I so appreciated the friendly, comfortable, and helpful demeanor of this service adviser. I wish they were all like this all the time And I hope next time I go for service there I get Christopher again. More
