10,000mi check I scheduled my 10,000 mi warranty checkup online which was very easy. I arrived at my scheduled time and was seen immediately. Oil change Don't put many miles on car so get maintenance every 5-6 months. Had to argue with service advisor on needing maintenance at this particular time. He tried to call me on cell phone when car was ready instead of coming to get me. I went down to service as he was walking out to find me. I mute my cell phone. All other service advisors came to get their customers. Normally I get excellent service in short amount of time. Was there 2 hrs plus. More
